Dear Ukrainian friends, My name is Gavy Grewal. I am a Canadian but my parents are from India. I have been living in Japan since February 2014. I run my own small English teaching business here in Japan. I want to help a bit with my teaching skill of English but this is not just about teaching. If you want some information about my home country or just want to talk use this free booking. Let's try to have some fun topics and focus on the positive things for a change. Cancellation Policy

レッスン開始時間の1日前（24時間前）までにキャンセルすることができます。返金をご要望の方には返金致しますが、システムの都合上10％の手数料が生じますので差し引いた金額を返金させていただきます。 他の日に変更されたい方には次回レッスンご予約時に使用していただけるクーポン（お支払いいただいた金額と同額）を発行いたします。 連絡をいただけないまま欠席された方には返金及びクーポンの発行を致しませんのでご注意ください。 レッスン日時の変更をされたい方は、ご予約されたレッスン開始時間からさかのぼって12時間前まで承ります。（12時間をきってしまいますと、自動的に無連絡の欠席となってしまいますのでご注意ください。） 24時間（1日）前までは、当スクールのウェブサイトまたはWixのモバイルアプリより、生徒様ご自身で日時の変更をしていただけます。レッスン開始時間からさかのぼって24時間をきってしまった場合は、システムの都合上、生徒様ご自身で時間変更ができなくなります。その場合は直接ご連絡いただき、ご希望の振替日をお知らせください。ご希望に沿える場合はこちらでご予約させていただきます。ご希望に添えない場合はご相談させていただきます。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 GAVY ENGLISH SCHOOL（ギャヴィー　イングリッシュスクール） You can cancel your lesson 1day/24 hours before the lesson start time. If you want to get your money back, our system will deduct 10% for the service fee or you can request a coupon for the exact amount which you can use for your next lesson booking. No refunds are made for no show. Students can reschedule their lessons by themselves 1 day/24hours before the lesson start time. The rescheduling can be done on the student's login page on our website or from the Wix mobile app. We offer students to reschedule their lessons 12hours before the lesson start time, but you must contact us to reschedule.
